When the tech arrived I explained to him what was going on with the dryer, so he started working on it right away and found the problem and fixed, very professional. Great job!

Best experience ever - from the first phone call to the day of repair. Each time, the person - Paul - arrived when expected and, if running late, was considerate enough to call and inform us of his delay. He came in the evening (8pm) of the day he received the part to complete the job. As I said in the beginning - best experience ever !!!
