They kept cancelling my appointments.
Not worth the money Went in for a facial with Liz, I was on time but waited around for 20 mins after filling out paperwork. When I finally went in Liz was annoyed that she was running behind, and went on to say how the facial is usually 1hr long but wont be able to do a 1 hr facial...mind you I had already paied! When she began not once did she explain the procedure or what she was about to do.
The machine is terrible! Had treatments at 2 other places w/machines that are actual laser machines
Waited for over a month for a appointment then after talking to 3 people no one said I needed to shave before therefore wasting everyone's time :(
The experience was pleasant with friendly staff. It's pricey for what you get (15-20 minutes) and you need to keep going back for best results! I was disappointed. I could get an excellent facial for less and more time would be devoted.

Extremely hard to schedule initial appointment. Unclear instructions on how to prepare for visit. Poor organization
Everyone there is very friendly an knowledgeable. The biggest complaint I would have is that their hours are not conducive to those who work during the week.
They were completely unprofessional. I had to re-schedule my appointments 3 times bc when I showed up the laser they had wasnt working. They didnt even give me the curtosey of a phone call.
