Excellent office! Very kind professional organized and on time. Friendly staff, kind personable and intelligent providers with great options for care. Never “pushy” and prices are fair. I couldn't be more happy with this incredible team of people. My previous dental experiences were horrible and left me terrified to try again. Dr. Heffernan and his staff treated me with the utmost kindness and empathy, especially Kay, who was the first person I spoke to. They made me feel more comfortable than I even knew was possible. If you have dental anxiety, I highly recommend this practice.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very high level of professionalism and still very genuine. The products and tools they use are up to date and high tech. I would definitely refer my friends and family to go there.
My husband and I have been looking for a new dentist for some time. For myself it's easy to go to a new office but my husband is wheelchair bound and to find a office that will accommodate that has been a struggle. Our children go to Brunswick KiDDS and I figured why not try Advanced. After my husbands appointment he was so relived and giddy that it went go good. Advanced dentistry I found to be more welcoming and professional than any other dentistry I have been to! The dentist actually listened to my concerns and address to them with professionalism. I also loved how they greeted their patients by putting their name on the front desk. They gave me a blanket when they saw I was cold. And this was a super nice fuzzy blanket! Normally I dread the dentist, but these guys were exceptional! Highly recommend!
