The experience was great, starting with the front desk Iyala she always has a very calming demeanor. The physical therapist Danielle was great she was pleasant gentle with a very warm personality. Each time I came she would explain the movements and of course used me to make it clear. It has been a wonderful experience.
Saritza and Mirian are great and very professional for water therapy. They helped me with learning new exercises and stretches in the water to help with my mid and lower back pain. Also, Ayana’s customer service is beyond exceptional. She is always in a good mood and able to multi-task many patients at one time. She is quick, witty, professional and so nice to always deal with. She puts a smile on everyone’s face
