the physical therapist never explained my treatment plan. I asked about other information and a diagnosis twice. he couldn't remember and wouldn't even speak to me. His office manager spoke to me. I don't like being blown off. The PTA didn't know what she was. talking about..The machines and therapy were antiquated. not a high standard of care. Don't go here.
