I had a root canal performed by Dr. Hope. He was excellent. Took the time to explain the procedure, answered all of my questions and called me after each appointment to see how I was doing. Very professional and caring.
I was referred to Dr. Hope for an emergency root canal (as most are). He and his staff did an excellent job, with a minimal amount of pain or discomfort. Dr. Hope did an especially good job of explaining what he was doing and why.
This is my second root canal with Dr. Hope. I had a pleasant experience both times. I actually fell asleep during my root canal. I would highly recommend Dr. Hope.
Dr. Hope was available and highly responsive when I experienced some excessive pain following my procedure. He contacted me after hours a few times to ensure all was well.
I am a surgeon and would like the public to express my personal and professional evaluation of Dr. Casden. I had a severe back problems not long ago and he was the first surgeon I saw. His advice was unselfish as he did not recommend immediate surgery. His predictions regarding what would happen to me were 100% accurate. Other surgeons I saw subsequently were ready to operate immediately. Dr. Hope is quite knowledgeable. However, he fails to provide the patient with relevant information about the procedure prior to treatment. He is very unresponsive to patient's concerns. Staff insisted on taking a photo of the patient right after a painful procedure. Additional charges (payment expected immediately!) for pain relieving nitrous oxide. Unempathic, impatient, perfunctory. His time is apparently extremely valuable> He doesn't have good listening skills. Time is money...
