Dr. Hope was available and highly responsive when I experienced some excessive pain following my procedure. He contacted me after hours a few times to ensure all was well.
Dr. Hope is quite knowledgeable. However, he fails to provide the patient with relevant information about the procedure prior to treatment. He is very unresponsive to patient's concerns. Staff insisted on taking a photo of the patient right after a painful procedure. Additional charges (payment expected immediately!) for pain relieving nitrous oxide. Unempathic, impatient, perfunctory. His time is apparently extremely valuable> He doesn't have good listening skills. Time is money...
