1st visit with Dr Grossman. Did not wait long at all—-possibly 10 to 15 minutes. Presented my issues to him & right away he knew what he needed to do. He explained clearly what was going to happen next. He was detailed in his explanations & they were in a fashion I understood clearly. He made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the experience.
