RecommendedAdvanced Heating & Air has always been good and gotten out here for our Maintenance calls each year. And then when our old heat pump went out six years ago, they replaced it as fast as they could get one in which luckily was faster than they originally thought it would be during winter time. Yesterday I came home with an error code on my thermostat and I forgot to call this morning, when I called mid afternoon. RecommendedEasy scheduling and on time appointment. Sara did a great job of checking my heat pump unit, unfortunately not good news. Compressor is going out. She did a great job of letting me know in a gentle way. Would recommend doing business with them.

RecommendedHad our system serviced today, tech showed up on time, was very nice, and knew exactly what he was doing. A few hours later I noticed some error lights and called back, they sent the tech back out and he looked everything over. He was able to solve the problem on the spot and gave me a solution if the problem came back. Couldn’t be happier with the all around service!!!! 10/10 would recommend!
