Easy scheduling and on time appointment. Sara did a great job of checking my heat pump unit, unfortunately not good news. Compressor is going out. She did a great job of letting me know in a gentle way. Would recommend doing business with them.
Had our system serviced today, tech showed up on time, was very nice, and knew exactly what he was doing. A few hours later I noticed some error lights and called back, they sent the tech back out and he looked everything over. He was able to solve the problem on the spot and gave me a solution if the problem came back. Couldn’t be happier with the all around service!!!! 10/10 would recommend!
I am so happy (and warm) with our new gas furnace. This company is friendly, fast and reliable. We were not interested in the new ductless system and they didn't try to convince us to change. Thank you, Advanced Heating & Air!
Advanced has done great work for Amy and me. They installed our ductless heat pump many years ago and we have had them back for maintenance. They are professional, really great to work with hard workers.
I highly recommend this company. They were out within a couple of hours to fix the problem. He found the problem right away. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Would and will diffently use them again!!

Highly recommend getting a ductless heat pump...really loving our AC these days as well...courteous service and excellent product!!!!!
