Best oral surgeon ever!! Everyone is so professional from the check in to the check out! Highly recommend Dr. Wes Parker!! His communication is great with the patient and you never feel rushed at all. We have visited him about 4 times and every time is the same.... outstanding!!
I had my wisdom teeth taken out about 3 weeks ago at their other location in Kernersville, and I noticed a small lump on the inside of my right cheek ever since then. On Tuesday, I woke up and the lump had swelled up to the size of a ping pong ball. When I called their other location in Kernersville, I was told they wouldn't have a doctor in the next day, so I set an appointment for Thursday. A relative needed a tooth extraction. Dr. Parker's staff scheduled a consultation for the next day and surgery just a week later. The staff were all pleasant and polite. The building was beautiful and clean throughout, modern and very spacious, designed with extra room for visitors using assistive devices. I can only say good things about this office. I had a tooth w/a root canal/crown that went bad & Dr Parker was able to see me right away. He explained all my options in detail & we came up w/a plan. Two days later the plan was implemented. The staff is very helpful & friendly. I am not finished yet with my dental care here as everything is still in process but I am sure I will have more great visits here. Dental care is very expensive no matter where you go. Firstly, the only friendly employees are at the front desk. Dr Parker as no bedside manner and neither does any of the dental assistants. I had multiple extractions, many surgical removal of broken teeth. I had a back molar removal site that was painful 3 weeks post op. A suture was still in place and when I touched it, to my surprise a small chard of tooth came out. Left behind of course by Dr Parker not throughly rinsing the socket. I am hopeful I will heal now.
