RecommendedWent in for the first time today. Ended up having a biopsy/removal of a small inflamed part of my gum. Despite my huge anxiety about surgeries,dentistry and basically any type of work on my teeth or mouth, I made it fine with only local anesthesia. This was mainly because the doctor and staff were so wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly and talked me through, in a calming and encouraging manner. I will recommend them to everyone! They made the entire procedure as good as it could get! Five stars,plus!
Dr Edwards, Karen, Jill and the rest of their team are very caring, compassionate, and pleasant... highly recommend them!
Dr. Edwards and Chiquita are the best at this office. These two are very professional and personable while performing intense procedures which truly makes the experiences much easier. The other staff members are also wonderful by their approach to patients and other individuals visiting the office. Thank you all.
Dr. Edwards and his staff are AMAZING!! I am very fearful of any dentistry. I appreciated how accommodating they were for me. Dr. Edwards is brilliant, down to earth and wants all his patients to have all the info needed to make decisions. He spent quite some time with my hubby and I going over all our options. The Staff with Dr Edwards is AWESOME..plan is in place...great to see the computer show exactly the work to be done.
What an amazing experience! I didn't think I would say something like that in regards of tooth extraction. The staff was professional and friendly! I was a bit nervous at first but Dr. Schubert and his assistant Amanda put me at ease. I highly recommend Land O' Lakes Oral Surgery!
