We have always loved this dentist however on our last visit my 6 year old had her very loose first tooth during her dental cleaning the dentist asked if we would like for him to go ahead and pull it as it was so loose it was almost out we said sure and she agreed. After him saying do you consent and us agreeing (all verbal only) he took about 2 minutes to extract the tooth which was a little numbing agent and a piece of gauze and tiny yank everyone was all smiles. Would give negative stars but I can't. I had my son's very first dentist appointment here n we waited OVER 3 HOURS JUST TO BE SEEN FOR 5 MINUTES!!!!!absolute bullshit I switched my son because of it. Totally unprofessional why even have a fckn scheduled visit if it's gonna take hours to be seen. Never going back to u guys.

We used to love coming here however on my last visit I was informed that I was no longer allowed to go back with my child. I believe this is extremely inappropriate and a parent should be allowed to sit with their child especially in a situation where they may be scared or uncomfortable.
