I highly recommend bringing your pet here. We had an emergency with my pet and ending having to make a very difficult decision. Our vet was closed. We had never been here and the staff and doctors were so incredibly kind and supportive. They took their time with us and answered all our questions as if we had always been going to them. Dr. Karogosian was amazing. If/when we get another pet, we are coming here. I have also recommended them to everyone I know. There are truly amazing people that work there.

I was super nervous bringing my puppy Ivy in due to past experiences. I felt so welcome and safe here. Andrea was so kind and answered all of my questions/ concerns. I can tell everyone here truly cares and loves animals. I am so happy I found Advanced PetCare. :)

Been going to Advanced Petcare of Oakland for sever years now and they have provided outstanding medical and personal assistance for our pet Bailey. The Vets and staff are conscientious, explain medical issues in a clear, concise manner, provided surgical & post-op particulars in a celar and uunderstandable manner, and all are pleasant in a pet friendly astmosphere. We highly reccommend them!

When my regular vet office was “ way too busy and short staffed” to see my very sick pup I called Advanced. They helped me and my sweet furbaby with such compassion, patience, and true caring. Today I had our baby, Bandit, (doggie), in to get his shots with Dr K. Her assistant was Halie. What a pleasant and helpful young lady. She went out of her way to try and correct my mistake with Paw Plans. I was so frustrated about it, and she made me feel at ease. It would be taken care of. This is just one more example of how THIS TEAM AT ADVANCED PET CARE WORKS. I have never had a bad experience here.

I can't thank you all enough! You did everything possible to keep tangerine comfortable when I was trying to come up with the money for her life saving care . Unfortunately I couldn't afford all the diagnostic testing needed and weeks of after care. I will never forgive myself for that. Eauthanasia was my only option at the time. I am so thankful that I found this veterinary office. I just can't explain how wonderful everyone is here. I had to cancel my fur baby's appointment due to an unexpected funeral. I called the next day to try and get another appt. They were all booked up for days. I spoke to Maria, the receptionist. She went about and beyond to help me. She called and left me a message on my phone they had a cancellation for 4:00 that afternoon. Praise God. I could make it after the funeral. Thank you to everyone that works here.
