5 stars! This company is incredible! We had a new tank installed and ran into issues that caused our HVAC company to blame Advanced Propane. Us being in the middle, we had no idea who was at fault nor did we understand what was wrong. Stanley at Advanced Poprane got involved to (1) make sure we had heat working as quickly as possible and (2) he went ABOVE and BEYOND to take on the burden of the sudden extra expenses that we had piling up from our HVAC company charging us for multiple service calls. I discovered on a Sunday our propane was totally gone and we called and they came right out. Justin was great - he filled up our tank and checked to make sure our heat and water heater were working correctly before he left. Great service by Justin on a very cold day! Thank you!

Very positive experience with these guys. In our initial meeting, the service tech Eric thoroughly inspected the propane appliances in our home.
