I had a great experience with advanced water softening. Knowing nothing about the type of filter I had in my house, I spoke with Christina who was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me 2 options and when I went to pick them up, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely work with this company again.
They installed a softener and drained the regeneration water incorrectly, so it flooded my basement. When I called them, they told me it wasn't their problem and I had to call a plumber to fix it. I'm an environmental engineer, the drain was done wrong. It was a helper, not a plumber. I already repaired it myself. The regeneration was done for the first time because no one lived there. Always a pleasure to deal with. They deliver my salt and bring it in the basement for me even when I am not there. Very convenient.
Excellent, prompt, presentable, respectful service. The gentleman that delivered my salt was excellent. He was happy to do his job. It’s not easy lugging 50lb bags of salt into peoples’ houses.
Reliable, reasonable and excellent customer service. Have used Advanced for over 15 years and always very responsive, whether for salt delivery or repairs. Over the years they have replaced my water softener and filter. Excellent, quick and reliable service!
