On my first attempt, I was able to express my concerns to the receptionist who then told me My delivery when and what time my delivery would be, and a serviceman would look into the problem.I actually was able to work with one of the owners who made it a point of explaining the possible issues without trying to sell anything unnecessary to me. I can call if I still see evidence of the problem which will be addressed at that time. Thank you!
Have used your company over 18 years. Very professional and knowledgeable. Men that deliver salt very polite. I’ve had Workman to replace an older unit and they.were very helpful in helping me understand what they were actually doing and how to keep my system healthy.
We have used services from Advanced Water for years. We never have a problem making an appointment and the person shows up on time and is always pleasant and professional.
The new unit is smaller takes up less in the basement gave me more room around it is more efficient And uses less salt and Paul are very happy with this unit the installation and service I’ve heard from them before
