My only issue is how hard it is to get an appointment in a timely manner. But for being over booked, the staff here is super friendly. I was under the care of Ariel and I felt completely heard and cared for. She was gentle and precise in her care and I felt totally safe and confident with her display of precision.
I had an urgent need to have a tooth pulled the other day. They got me into an appointment within 30 minutes of me calling (there happened to be an opening), examined the tooth, and scheduled an appointment two hours later to pull it. They helped me make it as seamless and cheap as they could, and made me feel more comfortable than I’ve ever felt at a dentist. The hygienist was personable and sweet and highly efficient. Oh, and very gentle! I really appreciate that. The dentist wasn't there long, which is good news for me, but he asked all the right questions and clearly cared. The front desk personnel were very professional and.... Everything they needed to be they were fine I can't think of anything wrong with this place. I enjoy them every year when I see them. Thankfully I don't need to go every six months!
The dental assistant and dentist were both wonderful with my 1.5 year old. My daughter is still new to coming to the dentist so she was a little shy and apprehensive but they were so patient and understanding with her. She loved getting another toothbrush to take home and sunglasses. 100% recommend bringing yourself and your children here.
Service was fast, courteous, and the dental assistant and dentist explained things well. The dentist also gave me a helpful tip to prevent cavities later that I was not aware of. My only feedback is that I thought I was gonna get my cavities taken care of, but this appointment was only for examining my teeth to book an appointment for later for cleaning and cavities, so I was not clear on that. I also wish they had more appointments sooner, but overall very happy with the service!
