This company started off very welcoming and organized. But the last two times I’ve brought my daughter there for an appointment it’s been issues . Issues with there messaging system sending out the wrong appointments information. Which I called up there as soon it happened and verified her next appointment . The second time they apparently called me to cancel her dentist appointment a call I never received. Man this place is a joke! They need to clean HOUSE! New management! These fake automatic response to the reviews and comments is a joke to. My daughter had a scheduled appointment that was 5months out. The day of the appointment they tell me I miss my appointment. These people had a whole different time and day. I told them I have the text message that come to your phone to confirm. After that they reschedule and I made it to that appointment. This place is something, for sure. They wouldn’t allow me to go back with my seven year old son, even though when I filled out his paperwork, I signed to be with him for the procedure since he is under thirteen. When I mentioned that, I was told, “There’s a sign on the door.” I’m no expert, but sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The appointments also take forever, no matter how early they are scheduled.
The experience with Janiel Ruiz was excellent. He was scared but the staff and doctor made him feel at ease and treated him nicely and with respect. He was attended in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff and doctor, keep up the good work.
My 3yr olds first dentist appointment went so smooth and quick. Very clean and welcoming. What caused our visit was a face plant that ended up with a took broken at the root. They cleaned, flossed, applied medicine and took an X-ray and my lil mad didn't even bat an eye they were so gentle and patient.
