become more family centered. my 4 year old already had to leave 2 appointments one was yesterday because he had a dental exam and eye exam and they couldn't get him worked in which I understood and made the appointment for today. we got there today and no one warned me that I would need someone to watch my other 2 who are 2 and 8 months old because they wasnt allowed and I didn't get a heads up and my 4 year old is already terrified of the eye dr. the lady did not help encourage him she kept having an attitude with me about ... read more

They do things to your child without your consent. Traumatizing them for all further experience and make them scared to go to the dentist. Pulling teeth that don’t need to be pulled and messing the others up so they will have to come back or get braces just to get more money. This is the most inconsiderate dentist office I have ever taken my child and she will not go back.
