The doctors and dental professionals are great … but the front desk and billing office… OMG! The worst ever. You guys really need some serious customer service and management training. I’ve had to go there three times to get care for my daughter, and every single time it’s been a nightmare: long waiting hours, administrative staff who seem completely lost, and my kids waiting more than three hours each visit. And then you have the audacity to charge twice for the same service? Really?
Very rude. Argued with my wife saying my kid has slept with a bottle to many times when he has never once slept with a bottle ever none of our 3 kids have. The dentist said well teeth that look like that…that is the cause so A+b=c. Also saying you sure they have been to the dentist when my son clearly has crowns on his teeth probably a good thing I didn’t come to this appointment. Office staff is very rude & demanding. Very long wait times. Had an appointment last year at 10 am and didn’t get seen till after 12. Staff don’t even let you go back with minor children. (WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE)
the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with.... they need to get their act together, doesn't care about these patients at ALL

The staff seems to be bothered by any questions. Wait times are lengthy, they're never running on time. Several visits & none I can say were truly enjoyable. We now drive 3 hours to an amazing dental office.

Worst dentist ever, plain rude. They will cancel your appointment. My youngest is CRYING because he was ready to see the dentist this morning, when they rudely rejected us because they claim they called to verify on Wednesday of last week, when my appointment wasn't till today, Monday morning. I was told, when I made the appointment, over a month ago, I would receive a call on FRIDAY before my appointment. I LEFT A MESSAGE SUNDAY TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE THERE WITH MY 3KIDS FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT! OVER A MONTH WAITING JUST... read more

Kid had cleaning on Monday. Was in office total of 3 hours. Told he had 4 cavities. Scheduled fillings for the following Friday. Was in office 2 hours just to be told he had no cavities and needed no fillings. Wasted trip, wasted time off of work, was treated badly. This place is ridiculous!
they took it upon them selves to drill in my child tooth and hit a nerve causing my child to have a root canal. That I had to travel to get done now my Child is terrified to go to the dentist again.
