My dog came home with Kennel cough and the prices are outrageous. I have used them before and was very satisfied. Over charged, really? I trusted them and now my dog is ill. I will not take him here again.

Advantage Pet Care has been one of my biggest dissapointments this year. Where do I start ? I took my dogs (first it was Wilson and now it has been Rudy and Diva), to Advantage for about 18 years, but, things that they used to do have changed, or, are of less quality. do you still double up on the kennels during holidays and tell people that they have an indoor /outdoor run. I caught my dog stuck outside when I put my dog in for the fourth of July wont use again. and this was with Ann.
Brought my shih tzu on Saturday, Feb. 17th, 2018. Malia had been going there for over 4 years. Usually it take them at least 2-3 hours. I got the call 1 hour later, she was ready. I brought her home, and she ran under the bed, wouldn't eat, walk or come out. Tuesday night, I got her and noticed her neck was cut at least 3 inches from a deep cut. I took Dixie to day care at Advantage for a little over a year. She had to have vet care twice for injuries received there from other dogs. The second time I too was told it was a scrape wound. I took her to the vet and it was several puncture wounds and deep scratches in her ear. The manager admitted that staff was not paying attention. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Since the selling of Advantage, there has a noticeable decline in staff care. Jason came home vomiting up chicken bone and stale bread. A friend's dog came home with a bloody, dirty puncture wound. Was told she must have scraped on cement. When do dogs walk tops of there paws. They didn't even rinse the dirt out.. No longer the type of staff I would want taking care of my Jaxson. After 2 years of wonderful, I cried , but took Jaxson out.
