Jaxson loves this place. He meets every Wednesday for a play date with his best friend They are so kind with him . And when he gets his bath... they do the best job. He comes home sweet smelling and silky soft. The best!!
Katie and Stella love going to APC. They sure come out happy and appear to have had a great time playing there.
Please be aware that they DO NOT watch the dogs closely because there have been numerous reports of the dogs coming back from this place with health issues and even PARALYZED. They REFUSE to share camera footage, do NOT take accountability for their actions, and do NOT answer to phone calls when worried owners try to contact them and their management about the incidents. Just found out a dog died there days ago…. NO explanation to the owner. They know nothing! they sent a dead body to BluePearl. The person is still waiting for the ashes. They still have not found out what happened to their poor baby from this horrible place. Save your dogs!!!!!! Don’t bring them here!!!! My dogs have been here numerous times with no problems. Last week one of my dogs was apparently injured during a grooming session while there. I called them and they denied any incident but he hasn’t been able to jump on furniture since his return home and he hides behind the sofa. I’m unable to determine the problem and will most likely have to take him to the vet if he doesn’t improve shortly.

My dog came home with Kennel cough and the prices are outrageous. I have used them before and was very satisfied. Over charged, really? I trusted them and now my dog is ill. I will not take him here again.

Advantage Pet Care has been one of my biggest dissapointments this year. Where do I start ? I took my dogs (first it was Wilson and now it has been Rudy and Diva), to Advantage for about 18 years, but, things that they used to do have changed, or, are of less quality.
