Today our puppies Rosie and Finn had a spa day to get fully groomed. (It was Finn’s Birthday) Chelsea did a fabulous grooming job. One of their best and definitely Finn’s best ever. He was just 2
I was unhappy with my previous groomer so I decided to try APC. Their reviews on google were pretty good. The people in their office seemed nice. I discussed with the groomer that I had let my dog’s hair grow a bit because I hated having a cockapoo that looked like a poodle. I told her that in no way did I want more than a trim. When I returned I found that she had shaved my dog. The least she should have done would have been to get my approval before shaving all of his hair off. Her excuse was that his hair was matted. Advantage Pet Center is amazing!! They were soooo accommodating with my old stubborn hound and my little lady has been with them since she was a puppy and LOVES going!! The staff is caring and truly loves their pups!
This was my first time taking a pet to Advantage Pet Center. Everyone was professional and very kind and warm from the initial phone call, setting up the appointment, greeting at the inviting front office, and the person who would complete the grooming, to checkout! It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend to others! My pet Riley was happy and looked really good for his first visit.
This was my first experience with Advantage Pet Center. I was very pleased with the bath and grooming done for my GSD. The folks there were kind to the dog and he came out happy, and well groomed! I would definitely recommend the facility to others and plan to bring my dog back soon again for another visit.
