I was happy to find a dentist in D.C. that accepts D.C. medicaid. I went online and seen a lot of 1 star reviews. The office administration were professional. The Dentist the cleaned my daughters teeth was quite rough. Her mouth was bleeding. That never happened with our old dentist.(Retired) We came because of tooth pain. This dental office really needs to improve their management and organization skills. To recap my experience, a week ago my daughter got her six month cleaning and had one cavity so we had to come back to get a filling a week later, today I took her out of school for her filling and when we came and sat down the dentist handling her treated her very roughly and with disrespect. Adventure Dental Georgia ave location really needs to work better on their customer service and being better organized.They’re always short of staff to the point if a mistake is made on their end they blame you and quickly dismiss the case. The male asian dentist was very rude which caused me to walk out of my appointment: last year I was pregnant in March and came for my Ortho appointment I was turned away due to my early pregnancy and the affects of radiation I ended up having a miscarriage and just fell out of dental care.
