Dr. N and Crystal were awesome with my little lady� they made getting two caps easy as pie for us. Crystal connected immediately with my daughter and that was cool to see considering she's not always open with strangers. Dr. N a more familiar face to my kid was awesome as always!! During every procedure we've had she's keeps me and my kid well informed about what's going on and why. I couldn't ask for a better team for us.... Staff needs better computers system or should I say software
It it’s extremely too hot in this facility. I am 8 months pregnant and the only air that you have in this location is 2 fans that have to sit in the back while we sweat in the lobby. This is very inappropriate and makes no since that you would allow this facility to be open with this temperature in affect. You need air to run through this whole unit or at least close and reschedule peoples appointment before you have them coming in here. Meanwhile while it’s also hot outside at that. I walked in 5 minutes early, but was seen 70 minutes AFTER my appointment! This was not the first time I have gone through this with this location. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
