We had a appointment scheduled for my daughter on Wednesday and somehow it’s not on record. Called to verify and they didn’t have it on record. I made the appointment in person the week before for her and another one for my other kid I had that day. First kids scheduled for September. They were not as sanitary as I had hoped. Yes, they put on false pretenses of cleanliness at the front office, but when you get to the back, it’s anything goes.

my girls were not treated well..they told me that they were rude and impatient..thats why you guys kids dental and vision..I work with pediatric kids for 11 yrs and i have more pts then them...sorry to say..wont be back..

Waited way to long to be seen when people that came in AFTER us went before us. When I asked the front desk how much longer they acted like they were surprised and said “they still never called you back?” I know they knew we were still waiting. They could see and hear my fussy 2 year old. We waited over a hour in the lobby. And we were there way before our appointment time checked in and ready. The service was good though but the waiting was ridiculous.

TERRIBLE. The appt itself must've lasted 10 minutes, if even that. The dentist sat with my daughter for a whole minute. Maybe two. Our very first appt the dentist tried to sneak an item on my bill. It said "high risk". It was only $36 or so but I was curious. I called them and they said it was for any patient who was considered high risk, in regards to tooth decay.
