We had a great experience with the Vision department! More like an EXCELLENT experience. For the most part the dental department was great as well with the exception of a few staff members talking about their personal life in front of myself and my family. Made it really awkward while we were all sitting in one room.
Third times the charm. We where able to solve the issue and got the correct glasses. My son is now happy receiving the glasses he had picked the first time.. We are satisfied with the help we got from management, and they where determined to correct the issue and the turnaround was very quick. The Staff was very apologetic and concerned and was very helpful going forward.
Theyre the best!
The staff was very nice and helpful. The new Optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what he found very thoroughly. He is a great new addition to their staff.
