Communication system needs updating. Received confirmation texts, but found out my daughter's appt was canceled (Dr. not available) AFTER I arrived. They said they tried calling, but the calls I answered were dead silence on the other end so I had no clue who it was (other calls came through so it wasn't my phone's fault). We live 25m away so I didn't appreciate the confusion (confirmation texts/malfunctioning phone calls). Will try another vision clinic our pediatrician recommended.

I had an 11:00 appointment in Santa Fe for my six year old daughter and left Taos early to get through road construction. Just as I hit Espanola, Adventure called and cancelled the appointment. That's 3 hours of my life wasted, missed work and pulling my kid out of school. I suggest you get it together.
