The staff is very friendly. I was able to get an appt for my kids rather quickly. When we arrived we waited in the waiting room no more than 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience. The only bad thing I would say is that after my daughter picked out glasses, they were misplaced, so I have to take her back there to pick them out again. Not a super big deal, just inconvenient for my schedule. But other than that, I would highly recommend them.

Girls in the front could be way more patient. Especially when you have more than one child and all the paper work needed to be done. They get a one star. The assistants for the optometrist were kind. They get 4. The optometrist was gentle, kind and a patient man. Related to me and cracked jokes. He made the experience better for me. Girls in front could learn from his patience and humor.

MA’s are so unprofessional. Where is the kindness and willingness to help. I had no help finding glasses for my son. When it was time to pick up I did not feel welcome. No thank you for doing business with them either. Awful place. Take your kids elsewhere with better service.

The vision Dr. is always great! He takes time to explain the exam and the results with my child. The only complaint I have is that the desk staff does not always provide great customer support. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes before someone actually spoke to me even though several employees made eye contact with me.

For the most part, our experience was awesome. I didn't appreciate the girls talking about my financial situation amongst themselves in front of my kids. That was very unprofessional. I also would have appreciated if the doctors had spoken to me about each child individually instead of jumbling them a together.
