Very Nice and Updated Apartment complex!! Aero 24 is an exceptional and updated complex both inside and out with a very friendly and attentive staff onsite available to help with all your apartment leasing needs.
This place is awesome! In the past year and a half, the new ownership team has taken the time to make much needed renovations at this property. It looks completely different than before. Prices are more than fair for what you get. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot if your looking to move to the area!! Office staff is easy to work with will do everything they can to get you approved!
Excellent I've been here for four years and about 18 months ago I was thinking of leaving do to poor Management, but the new Management are awsome Mrs.Tina & Mrs.Rosemary have truly turned the property around.Its peaceful,clean , affordable and Maintenance are on there job.I'll be here for the the long haul so come on out & check out our beautiful community.
Inexpensive rent, ok apartments. Great for saving money, but out of the way and not aesthetically amazing. But you get what you pay for, and inexpensive is always good.
3.5 Stars When it comes to value per square ft, you can't beat what you will pay for rent here. At the time I leased, the rent was $530 for a two bedroom town home. You pay extra for metered water. (You will also have to deal with the evil that is East Point Utilities)The 1120 floor plan is spacious and the 1.5 bathrooms come in handy if you live with others (Beware of the painted bathtub though. Terrible This place is terrible they never fix anything there mold, water damages, everything is falling apart. Management is very unprofessional
Shun These are the worst apartments ever to live in. They shoot in the air outside of their apartments. The new resident manager is horrible. Her name is Tina and she is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. It takes them weeks to fix things in your apartment and fill work orders. Kids are riding bikes all through the parking lot unsupervised. It's loud and noisey because kids are running, screaming and playing everywhere unsupervised. The lighting is horrible throughout the apartments.Please don't move here.
