My appointment was at 1030am and I'm still waiting to be seen by the doctor!!� ( yes, I'm here right now) when I 1st started coming here I barely waited but for the last 4 months it's been like this!! Waiting too long and way past my schedule appointment. Can't wait to be done with you guys! They could of called me to tell me that they are running behind and to come in at 1130. But that would mean good customer service! I would never recommend AFC Urgent Care!
I came here yesterday (1/11/2018) for a physical and drug test for my new job. I made an online appointment and came in 15 minutes early to do paperwork and get in earlier then planned. There were 4 people ahead of me. One got called in within 5 minutes of arriving. The second one went in at my appointment time then came back out within 2 minutes and left. After checking their website, I chose to walk in instead of making an appointment, since that is what the website recommended. Walked in around 10 a.m. on a Friday morning. Was told the current wait time was 172 minutes! The front office staff offered to make a p.m. appointment instead to return. I made a 2 p.m. appointment to be seen. Returned prior to the scheduled appointment time with all of the necessary paperwork already completed.
