Schedule dept is horrible and rude I’ve been going to Affiliated dermatology for 5 years and now they don’t return calls for days and then read charts wrong I am very very disappointed in their professionalism and concern for their patients
Have called for an appointment for a week. No response at all. Not from “you are next in line”, not from email, not from voicemail. Nothing at all.
I really like the staff they are very friendly and helpful also the doctor but I came to get my sutures out and within 1 day it became infected and it took them almost two weeks to get me back in to be seen. That is ridiculous! They sent me to be seen in the surprise location when they had no doctor at the office and I was told they were all on vacation by one of the MA’s. So needless to say I am on doxycycline for MRSA and hoping this helps.

RecommendedEveryone is friendly and professional. Waiting time is not bad. The most time was 15 minutes which I consider not bad at all. The doctors have a pleasant attitude and take the time to put you at ease as do the assistants also. Always a pleasure to visit.
