At 81 yrs old it’s obvious I’ve been to many dr Appointments I couldn’t wait to leave the office and phone anyone that would listen about my appointment Staff was great and Dr Mullens fantastic, very thorough informative and didn’t rush I felt like I was visiting an old friend Thanks everyone Bonita Michele See you in 6 months (thinking positive about biopsy reports)

This was a highly unprofessional experience - a huge lack of communication & connection. Even though my Dr, sent a referral they refused to see me. Then I received 4-6 calls giving me conflicting information. No one knew what the previous person had said. My experience with the PA I saw was similar. Arms crossed in front of her during my appointment. She took a biopsy / no feedback has been received to date, I did not get a sense of quality patient care at this organization.
This was a disappointing and highly unprofessional experience - with a huge lack of communication and connection. Even though my Dr. sent a referral, Affiliated Dermatology refused to see me. I saw Dr. Henry at the Old Town location. Would not recommend him at all, he diagnosed me without looking at my skin. Then started me on a new medication without going over any side-effects. I ended up with hyperpigmentation of the skin due to the medication. To top it all off, I got a bill in the mail months later even though I paid my co-payment during my office visit.
