Dr. Carter is amazing and always addresses my skin concerns. Though she is a very busy provider she takes her time to make sure all my questions are answered, and goes through changes with my skin very efficiently. My acne flared up once I got into my early 30s and she put me on products that have worked great!
Dr. Vangipuram made me feel at ease and very comfortable during my office visits. She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and went above and beyond to provide me with excellent, expeditious care. I highly recommend her and her sweet office staff
Dr. Vangipuram is exceptional in the way she treats her patients. She uses various methods to lessen the pain during injections because she deeply cares about her patients. Compared to my previous Dermatologists, Dr. Vangipuram is the best.
Dr. Carter took time to make sure I was happy with my skin and treatments. When I was not she went out of her way to make sure we tried things that improved my skin and made me happy. Jaelin is also very personal able and I love the staff at the desk. They have always been willing to accommodate me and answer any questions I have
I came in for acne and felt that we didn’t really get to the root of the issue/ felt she didn’t think it was a big issue. Could have answered more questions and slowed down leaving the visit
I have been having an ongoing eczema issue for several months now. I made my first appointment in Dr. Carter, she immediately knew what was wrong and provided me with a topical cream that has worked a miracle in two days. This is the most relief I have had in months. Everyone in the office is friendly and her bedside manner is excellent. She listened to my concerns, explained the problem that I was experiencing and provided me an immediate solution. So long as my insurance is accepted here, I will be a patient of hers.
I saw Dr. Dornechia Carter to handle some problem areas I had on my face and neck. I wanted a medical professional who was experienced with African American skin, I got so much more from her and her staff. Dr carter was amazing her compassion and treatment of ny alopecia was the best. I drove fr ok. Out if town to see ger because she understood mty situation, she was professional, experienced and she helped save my hair, my confidence, and self esteem
