Hannah Gulka came to service my 1000 year old furnace ( okay she’s old but not that old) and she was fantastic. She agreed we should consider saving to buy another one but didn’t make me feel anything but support when it came to servicing my old gal. She even went above and beyond to help me with a leak from the humidifier and even shut off the valve that was the cause. We just got our new furnace installed by affordable comfort and everyone we dealt with was amazing! Our first appointment was with Austin who gave us different options and wasn’t pushy at all, super nice!! Then Evan came over and helped us decide which furnace to go with and again was not pushy at all and gave us great advice which we appreciated! Very happy with the service we receive from this company and especially Matthew who comes to our place for annual maintenance and repairs when needed. Their prices are fair and the level of customer service is excellent. Highly recommend considering this company for your HVAC needs. We had plumbing issues and Affordable Comfort did a thorough inspection and then repaired what needed to be done. James was amazing! He answered all of our questions and is the nicest person! And… he did a fantastic job! As well, Brandon who is an apprentice, was awesome. Very professional from the get go. Highly recommend .
From the sales team to the install technicians and electrician - very professional. Love that the company sends profile pic and bio of each person you should expect coming to your door. Explained all the new equipment and gave walk thru inside and outside for new heat pump and wall ac.
