When our A/C wouldn't run, a few days before forecasted +30°C temperatures, I was more than a little concerned. Affordable Comfort returned my call quickly and had a tech out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable cost. I a very pleased with the service we received and definitely recommend them.

Saved our butts when they came ASAP to install a new AC when our old one died on us..and it was in the middle of a heat wave. They put a carpet down in our home so that they wouldn't track dirt inside the house, nice guys and professional. They also offer financing

Affordable Comfort Heating & Cooling were amazing! We found that our hot water was not lasting very long anymore and we knew we had an issue. They were great with pointing out the calcium build up problem and gave us reasonable solutions. We decided to replace the entire Water Heater Tank, and never had another issue. When we moved we had a similar problem, if we ran the hot water for longer than a few minutes it turned a brownish colour. Rob Rafferty was amazing. Back again to continue troubleshooting our new air conditioner. Hopefully all his work will help Affordable resolve the fact that our system has never worked properly.

Terrible experience: First their lack of communication,assumptions and being a least an hour late for an appointment again with no communication. Secondly the disappointing mess they left after installation followed by again no communication to finish the job. Very disappointed.

Facts: 1. Called Rory at Affordable Comfort to address blinking light issue. 2. Was advised that panel was overloaded and needed to be upgraded 3. Paid a significant sum to upgrade the panel 4. Next rainfall, rainwater entered through the conduit behind the panel. (I had no issues prior to; area was completely dry before Affordable worked on it). 5. Affordable advised they can't seal the conduit; it's not within the scope of work they do; I'll need to hire water proofers to dig up my garage concrete floor and seal it the ... read more

didn't bother to show up, for the scheduled maintenance. Didn't bother to call to say they weren't going to show up. They said they'd be here between 9 AM and 11 AM at 11:30. I called them and they told me that the technician called in sick early this morning. I signed up and paid for a year, I want my money back now. How unprofessional

They made appointments with me to visit my place to check the water, but they didn't send technicians. They broke appointments three times. First email said....Our team member will do a water test (complimentary) while they are there, so we know what is causing the problem.
