For needed coordinating with hydro and more so we could get in the queue for repair. Having the expectations, cost estimate and time frame helps a lot with so much uncertainty. Looking forward to getting the repairs be Affordable as soon as hydro one makes it to our area of Orillia hopefully by weekend. Thanks

He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and how to use the system. the added security of having a picture sent beforehand was a great feature as someone who was home alone with the children.
