Jerome called ahead of time to say he was running late and when he would arrive and did. Once here identified the problem right away, had the part required, advised the cost and fixed it. Affordable Comfort jumped through hoops to diagnose the issue and when the only solution was to replace the entire unit, they did everything they could to make the transition go as smoothly as possible.
