RecommendedCan’t imagine there’s a better dental office than this. The doctors are knowledgeable and highly skilled, the equipment is up to date, the office staff is efficient yet very friendly, and the pricing is, as their name suggests, affordable. I had neglected my dental health for years and they took me as they found me without judgement and put me on a path to full dental health. I will always be grateful to them and strongly recommend them to others without reservation.

RecommendedI went to see Dr. Swan yesterday and she removed my remaining teeth. I did not feel a thing she did an awesome job. Had Dentures put in they look beautiful. Of course I'm in a little pain today but this too shall pass. Overall I am so pleased with the job they have done. I would recommend ADS to anyone who needs dental work.
RecommendedWhile I hesitate to say "l love" any trip to the dentist... I will say the staff at A.D.S. does their very best to attend to your needs. I have had some major dental work done over the past few months and for a lot less then the other guys wanted. As to date the progress has been as they described and the work has been great.
RecommendedThere is a reason they call it "affordable" dental solutions! They under cut my old dentist by 100s of dollars ! They squeezed me in when I was in pain and set me up with an AWESOME dental plan. Tooth pain is no joke , just like this great run business!
The Dentist could be nicer, not sociable at all, not gentle, and very obnoxious. The girls & staff are wonderful! They are so nice! I will not be going back to Affordable Dentil Solutions anytime soon, or ever!!
Don't make people wait 45 minutes and the dentist doesn't have to be such a rear end! People have told me since I've been there that, Yes he is a rear end and they don't like his personality either. I will probably not be going back.
Dental service was fine but getting socked with an unexpected $ 300 bill that I believed to be paid in full in mid April during this pandemic - 8 months after my dental work with no explanation - not fine - no prior bills or statements stating insurance was pending over this time.. Then when I called today to say I am looking into insurance failure to pay but will make $ 25 payments per month until this is resolved - (3rd month into lockdown in Berks now) - you say that isn't good enough and you will be sending to collec... read more

If you can’t refund Mr H’s money you can at the least deduct the $300 from his final bill. Social media goes a long way, I would think you would want to protect your reputation. Just remember your customers can make you or break you.
