Affordable Flooring is a locally owned and operated, full-service flooring contractor and retailer. We have been serving Las Vegas and surrounding communities since 2007. We offer very personalized service. Flooring is not a "one size fits all" product. Each customer has different budget, style, and application needs. Our goal is to find a product that meets all of these requirements, followed up by a professional installation that will stand the test of time.

My wife and I are remodeling our home. Prior to re-carpeting, we visited Affordable Flooring and More. We were very pleased as to their selection and the individual attention that we received. With their guidance, we choose what turned out to be the perfect carpet for our home. Lisa, Travis, and Gomez in the office were great in coordinating with us and the ongoing remodeling work. I was very lucky to have found this place after searching around Vegas to change the carpet in my new home. I went in to their office, picked out material from their wide selection, and scheduled everything in under 15 minutes. Travis was extremely helpful with my choice and understanding. He also responds quickly to emails and helped me with any questions I had. Everything from start to finish was done in 3 days! Affordable Flooring and More was just fantastic! Like most homeowners the thought of having to go shopping at places like Home Depot and Lowes where the employees really have no clue what they are doing and what they are selling made me cringe. I do not mind shopping in these places for small items but when someone is about to tear my house apart I get a little nervous. Lisa and the whole gang at Affordable Flooring were great. They were able to get my carpet and tile done in 2 days. They were about $500 cheaper than Home Depot plus I did not have to wait 3 weeks for the material to arrive like at other places I had visited. The installation went very smoothly. This business, which has locations on North and South Buffalo, was contracted to install flooring in a new house. The finished floors were uneven. Instead of repairing the issue, representatives of the business stated that leveling the floors would cost extra. Additionally, during the process, there was damage to the house including walls and floor boards. Requests to repair the issue resulted in further damage to the house.

Terrible craftsmanship and customer service! I paid 5k to have floors demo/tile install and grout seal less than a year ago. In less than 1 year the grout is crumbling and cracking between the tiles. I contacted the owner within my warranty period and was told that since the company is under new management they cannot honor my existing warranty! Owner instead sent a contractor to my house to evaluate issue and presented me with a $1,200 estimate to fix. Upset, I contacted owner and explained that I have a written contract sh... read more
