Called and spoke with Elena and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped me with locating my account and getting me access to it. Even though I was terminating the plan she was very helpful.

I was lost as to how to post the new property I just purchased so I called Affordable Housing and reached a customer service agent by the name of Elena Amado, she helped me list the house and advised me to get the membership to ensure I get a good tenant. I wish every company had a representative like her, she was so professional and knowledgeable on how to best list my house.
Very poor service
We affordable housing in regard to my account which we can not access. We were charged for an upgrade on our account that we thought we had clicked on the do not upgrade, continue or charge. We were charged on Jan.3rd and on Jan.6th I contacted to cancel the pro upgrade. I spoke with a lady at length and she issued a refund. A couple weeks later we were locked out of the account and repeatedly We called the phone number suggested but never could get through and our messages went unanswered. I want to share my experience with Affordable Housing to help others make an informed decision. When signing up, the website clearly states that the subscription is charged quarterly unless canceled, which I initially misunderstood as a one-time, three-month fee. Upon realizing this, I immediately canceled my account and reached out to request a refund, as I had not listed any properties and was unaware of the recurring charge.
