I had excellent experience with Bianka Julien, she is very nice, very professional, very patient with me, answered all my questions ,I will give he 5 stars.
I called to get help navigating my affordable housing dashboard. I was able to get that help from Louise. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and was able to help with deleting old messages and filtering applicants. She took my feedback for tech support to provide a way to delete old applicants.
