I called to get information and a possible update on my Section 8 Waiting List Application was met by a pleasant, young lady by the name of Octavia. She looked up my information, let me know that my application was still intact and let me also know that every 3-6 months or so, applicants need to update the information on file. I did not have this info prior, so I'm glad that I was not booted off of the wait list. Overall, she was super helpful and professional and HUMAN... Always a Plus!!!
