Ms Gloria was awesome she took the extra mile to help me complete my application I thought that was nice of her and she was pleasant we need more reps like her thank you
Was having issues with my listings and having my account locked after making changes. Once I called in, I got Jennifer as my rep. She was able to walk me through the process and got everything up to par. She was pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like I was heard when discussing my issue (even though it was a user error.) I appreciate her!!!
Good Customer Service and provided all the informations I need.
Gloria Caldara is absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and goes out of her way! Thank you so very much Gloria, this is the second time we interact, and I hope it's not the last. I have not come across anyone as helpful as Gloria.
