I’m old school and not very computer savvy. The representative that I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He listened to my problem and solved it for me. I’m very appreciative of that kind of service in today’s culture where courtesy is being slowly replaced with impoliteness.
Kemar was very prompt, efficient and professional during our conversation regarding the receipt.
Gloria Caldara, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really cares about the people she is helping. You can tell she's an exceptional person. I'm inspired by her positivity and empathy. God bless her.
Gloria Caldara was amazing today helping me assist a client through a waitlist application. She was there, step by step and then gave me her email address in case I needed further assistance.
