Giuliana fue servicial y resolvio todos mis problema.gracias
I am technologically challenged and I was lost. Kemar spent a lot of time with me to help me get my listing posted. I appreciate all of your help that you did for me
muy amable mi representante Giuliana, Bendiciones
He was very polite and helpful. I think I’ve spoken to him before and it was a positive experience as well. Kemar makes you feel like he genuinely cares unlike a lot of other customer service people. He’s good at his job!
great team and customer service, thank you Giuliana for explaining and listening to my questions and concerns
the most patient person Giuliana helped me posting my listing I am not very computer savvy but she was patient enough to guide me for the second time, yesterday I Set up my account today I posted my listing, really happy with the service
if I can give 6 starts to my rep Giuliana I would she was excellent!
When you call make sure to ask for Elena. I rate her 6 stars out of 5. Elena should be the general manager of AffordableHousing.com Not only does Elena know all of the ‘in’s and outs” of how to navigate the website but her customer service and follow up are par exultance. Affordablehousing.com should have her training the entire staff..
It was a pleasure talking with Louise. She answered all my questions with a clear understanding of what I was concerned about. She also advised me with very important information that I needed to know going forward. Very pleasant and soft spoken/soothing. I am happy she answered my call during this time of stress. Thank you again, Louise Cislyn Mais
