Miss Gloria, was extremely kind & even provided me additional information about other services available in San Francisco. She gave me other housing information as Affordable Housing has no housing in San Francisco. She provided fantastic customer service, made me feel good even though my situation is not the best, the greatest part is she went the extra mile to help me with lists for other services in San Francisco. A big thank you to Gloria.
