Kemar Small, the CSR who helped me, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions and solving my problems. He was great to work with.
Kemal Small was very knowledgeable about affordable housing.com and was able to help me with no issue. I have many properties and it is really nice to know that you have a very hardworking employee there. I would suggest you promote him to instill training for your other employees that might not have his level of knowledge
She was very nice and helped us with our dilemma.
Elena Amado was very knowledgeable and so patient. She explained the benefits of membership upgrade and it made sense, and I joined! Now I feel relieved that I will be more successful in obtaining the right tenant for my home. Elena, you are Amazing!!! Thank You.
I would have given a 5 Star in finally having a property we no longer own removed out of our roster, but I didn't because the option to have it removed ourselves on your site was not available to us to do so without having to contact you both by phone, chat and email before it was finally removed by your representative. AffordableHousing.com needs to make their site more user friendly.
