Great Experience with Shanice
Elena Amado was outstanding. In my opinion, she went above and beyond by training me how to navigate the platform. She is a true strategic multiplier.
Elena was excellent. She explained things in an easy to understand way and also she walked me through on how to use the tools within your platform. Elena is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was very confused when I called in for support. I am very glad that Elena Amado answered my call. She walked me through the system step by step. She was very professional, concerned, knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. This was the best experience I have ever had from a company representative. I hope you have more employees like Elena in your company.
