I had to reinstate my housing application due to a human error not changing my address in system. I never received the letter needed to keep me on the list. But I called the office several times on 1/7/26 for help and everyone i talked to was patient and helpful. Thank you ladies. I call the Affordable housing to find out how would I know how to determine if I received the 'Trusted Owner Status'. The first person I spoke to Biance, informed me that I did not attach the back of my license. I needed to attach the back of my license and call back, and they would take care of it for me.
