Was having issues with my listings and having my account locked after making changes. Once I called in, I got Jennifer as my rep. She was able to walk me through the process and got everything up to par. She was pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like I was heard when discussing my issue (even though it was a user error.) I appreciate her!!!
